Please note; all of our receipts, and gemstone/crystal identification cards are electronic in an effort to be green, and reduce the usage of paper. All all of our packaging materials are recycled themselves, or recyclable as well.
All of our stones are purchased from small, and independent dealers in an effort to help small business thrive and flourish. We vet each dealer to ensure that each stone is of the highest quality right from the source.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and ETA. If you are within the U.S or Canada, your order should reach you within 3-5 business days of the shipping date. If you are in the U.K, please allow 7-10 business days for arrival. (We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Customs, or CoVid19, nor are we responsible for any potential damage to items via shipping, although if something is damaged, we ask that you please reach out to us.) I am not responsible for any potential custom, or import taxes.

I do accept returns under certain conditions, and they are as follows;
Please contact me within 7 days of the date you received your item/s.
Any item you wish to return must be postdated no more than 14 days from the date of delivery.
I will not accept returns on custom or personalized items, or anything deemed “intimate” or “personal” for reasons of hygiene and public health.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item you are returning is in a different condition than I sent it, you will not be refunded.
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me with any issues you may have.
